They mark up the price of everything. If they make an error, they refuse to refund. Most of the shoppers pick poor quality produce and then Instacart refuses to refund for unusable merchandise. They are true ripoff artists.
Now their website says that there is no driver listed for our order. We are working with our Credit Union to cancel payment. E

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I had a fairly small problem that should have been an easy fix and the customer service was completely incompetent, rude and unhelpful.
Terrible company and shoppers, I have very bad experience not just once but 4 times
